Reservations
Tickets may be provisionally reserved over the phone. Payment must be made within three working days or half an hour before the performance which ever is sooner, or tickets may be released for resale.

Collection
Prepaid tickets can be collected from the Box Office at any time during opening hours or they can be posted for a charge of 35p.

Lincoln Drill Hall operates a No Refunds Policy.

Accessibility
The Box Office, Cafe / Bar and Auditorium are all on the ground floor and easily accessible, and there is lift access to the Ruston Room. There are several spaces available within the main auditorium for wheelchairs. Please inform the Box Office if you wish to reserve a wheelchair space and if you require an adjoining seat for a companion. A limited number of Infra red transmission sets are available. Please inform the Box Office on booking.

Parking
Broadgate multi-storey car park accessed from St Rumbold Street – 450 spaces 24 hrs and patrolled until midnight. An evening ticket is 50p. NCP Freeschool Lane next to the venue 70 spaces.
